Ho ho ho!!, it is noodles time. Believe it or not, it is my first attempt at frying this kind of fresh yellow noodles. After washing it, they all broke and became so short. Hahaha.. but nevermind, still edible.
Ingredients used: Fresh yellow noodles, hotdogs (leftover), crabsticks, vegetables, fish cakes, onion, egg, garlic. Preparation time: 45min.
Noticed that my dishes do not have seafood, that is because my rashes are not fully healed yet. So for the meantime, no seafood and lots less chicken. KK took over the frying because I am making a mess out of it all. LOL. My ideal will be with seafood and pork, but since this round, we are trying to finish whatever stuff we have in the fridge, so make do with whatever we have.
It still taste nice!
