BREAKFAST@HOME - POACH EGG WITH HAM

An old post (29 Dec 2010), finally found time to post this.  Recently I was talking to a friend, and he told me he had Egg Benedict for  breakfast.  So that triggers off the idea of doing Poach Eggs.  This is my first attempt at it. All I know is it's basically Egg in Water. Hahaha..

How I do my poach egg? Simple, just a pot of boiling water, and I just dropped the egg in.  Wait a while and the whites will form.  I added some salt to the water too. Some people like to add a little vinegar to it to make the egg white form nicely.

So, here's my poach egg with ham on bread. No muffins, so no Egg Benedict.  This will do as well.
