More congee for Tuesday's breakfast. This time it is peanut with pork congee. We had it with century eggs and spicy minced pork. As usual, we used the slow cooker for the porridge, prepared it the night before. Ingredients include: Rice, raw peanuts, lean pork, century eggs, preserved ginger, spicy minced pork (can), spring onion. Preparation time: 20mins.
I love my breakfast, it is yummy!
