BREAKFAST @HOME- CARROT WITH PORK CONGEE

We decided to try more asian stuff this week. For a start, we have congee and dishes.

The one with spring onion is mine. The other is KK's of course.



This is the carrot and minced pork congee which we prepared with the slow cooker the night before.  We stir fried the vege in the morning. Preparation time is around 45mins.

Ingredients used: carrot, lean pork, rice, bean sprouts, tomoato, egg, chives (韭菜).

KK prepared the fried egg with chives, I did the beansprouts with tomatoes.  More congee tomorrow, you shall see what we have. hee hee..

Had this dish again today - 7 Jan 2011.
