BREAKFAST @HOME - PASTA RIGATONI

Pasta Pasta!! We found a half packet of pasta in the cupboard, so decided to have pasta for lunch on this lazy Sunday afternoon. Ingredients used: Garofalo Rigatoni, Prego Basil sauce, fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, hotdog, crabstick, capsicum and mixed vege. We used whatever we can salvage from the fridge.





Preparation time:  45mins because it takes a long time to cook the Rigatoni.

My version and KK's version (with parmesan cheese)


I also stir fried some fresh shitake mushroom with garlic.
