FUSION WEDDING MENU

Attended  the wedding reception of Mark & Amanda yesterday at the Sentosa Pavillion. It is my first time having such Fusion Wedding Dinner where food is served individually instead of the typical big plate at the centre of the table. Here are some dishes (not all) which we had.


For starter, this is the Lobster Medallion with Trout Caviar.

One of my favorite for the night is this Pan Fried Cod Fish with Bean Paste Topped with Pine Nuts.

 Next come the Tender Venison with Black Mushrooms and Colorful Bell Pepper. Erm..the venison is a little too raw for my liking so I only ate the vege.

Overall, it is a wonderful and enjoyable dinner, ended with buffet style dessert but I am not a dessert person, so did not take any.
