CNY 2012 DAY 2

Day 2 of CNY this year is Chicken Curry.  Preparation time is about 2 hours.  We went around the neighbourhood looking for fresh coconut milk but we are not able to find any coz all the shops are closed.  The indian shop that sells them had also ran out of stock.  In the end, we used the pasturised version from NTUC.
